BRONZE PACKAGE – LET-ONLY SERVICE
Our Bronze Package is designed for landlords who prefer a simple, straightforward lettings solution. We take care of all the essentials, including advertising your property, arranging viewings, and referencing prospective tenants. A pre-inventory check is carried out before the initial let to ensure your property is kept in quality condition. We also provide a full inventory and condition record, handle utility switchovers, prepare all tenancy agreements and documents, and register the tenant’s damage deposit.

SILVER PACKAGE – LET AND RENT COLLECTION SERVICE
The Silver Package includes everything in the Bronze Package, plus the added benefit of ongoing rent collection and monthly accounting. We manage advertising, viewings, tenant referencing, pre-inventory checks, full inventories and condition records, utility switch-overs, and all tenancy agreements and documentation. Deposits are registered for your peace of mind. In addition, we take full responsibility for collecting rent from tenants and providing clear monthly statements.

GOLD PACKAGE – FULLY MANAGED SERVICE
Our Gold Package provides complete, stress-free property management. It includes everything in the Silver Package, along with advanced management support. This covers handling rent arrears, periodic property inspections, maintenance handling and co-ordination (with your approval before any works are carried out), and dealing with tenants in cases of breach of contract. We also take care of issuing notices to tenants, final inspections, and managing any deposit disputes. When re-letting is required, we oversee the entire process.
